2018 Northeast Region 12U Tryouts (This is the first player tryout for All American teams, other tryout dates will be announced as soon as they are determined)

The Northeast region will create three teams of 15 players and two coaches each. The 45 players and six coaches will be chosen from USA Softball 12U participants from the following states.

  2. Maine
  3. Massachusetts
  4. New Hampshire
  5. New Jersey
  6. New York
  7. Pennsylvania
  8. Rhode Island
  9. Vermont

The USA Softball All-American Games is a prestigious tournament hosted at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City. The All-American Games will provide national exposure to 360 elite athletes (24 teams) in the 12U age division and has been specifically designed to identify and highlight the best athletes from across the country. All participants are invited to attend a skills camp featuring USA National team members and NCAA athletes, followed by a meet-and-greet autograph session.

  • The Event is free for the players to participate (each player will be responsible for their own travel accommodations).
  • Each player may attend as many tryouts as desired and only within the region in which they reside.
  • Each participant will select a primary and a secondary position.
  • Tryouts are open to all players who want to participate that meet the age requirements set by USA Softball.
  • Teams will be announced no later than July 1st.
  • Each team will have two coaches, selected by the JO Commissioners that reside in each of those regions.
  • There is no additional commitment throughout the year (ie- practices). Teams will have a chance to practice prior to the tournament games.
